As the only one on the European market, Medi-Laabs is a part of a group of companies which is a supplier of machines for automatic welding of masks with ultrasound, a manufacturer of medical filtration fabrics of Melt Blown type, a supplier of elastics, wires, as well as a manufacturer of medical masks and FFP1, FFP2, FFP3 so-called respirators. Our 23 years of experience in the industry allows us to provide the highest quality raw materials and masks themselves. Each roll of non-woven filter fabric, and each batch of masks made, goes through a detailed inspection in our on-site laboratory. We are in the process of implementing ISO 17025 in order to soon obtain accreditation of our laboratory and be able to offer you tests and certificates. Our production capacity is 70 million masks per month. We can make masks for you from our own raw materials as well as from the entrusted ones. We also offer service tests of masks and nonwovens for bacterial and dust filtration, splash resistance and air resistance. We have a fully equipped laboratory allowing us to perform tests in accordance with EN 149 and EN 14683.
